How to get started:
1. Become a member and choose your membership plan.
2. Build your Welcome Kit and Uniform.
(While we don’t host in-person meetings yet, we encourage you to wear your uniform proudly during your ventures—whether at home or out on your Scout journey.)
3. Click “2025 Scarlet Scout Badges” to get started, and choose your first Badge Venture.
We’ll send your badge kit via US Mail, which includes: your embroidered badge and badgebook. (These items are also available in digital format.)
4. Gather your badge materials.
To complete your Badge Venture, visit our Supply Shop, or feel free to DIY and shop locally!
5. Create a Venture Reel!
Be sure to journal and take lots of photos along the way. We love to feature Scout journeys at our award ceremonies. (Scrapbooks are available in the Supply Shop.)
6. Sign up for our monthly newsletter! Stay up to date on new badge ventures, volunteer opportunities, pen pal sign-ups, kite competitions, campouts, and new arrivals at the Supply Shop, and SO much more! You’ll also receive invitations to virtual gatherings and our annual in-person celebration—The Scarlet Scouts Annual Summit hosted in Spokane, WA
